Well Hurts so Good is making its way through another winter. Lets get out and take full advantage of the great weather. Lots of walks with friends and co workers during lunch hours. Take the extra set of stairs instead of elevators, and do not forget to park as far from the entrance as possible. Those few extra steps in the outdoors will give you more energy and burn more calories.

Well we seem to be settling into our new home.  We have moved to 55 Erb St E, unit 112.  We are running specials for our bootcamps currently 10 classes for $25.  We would love to see you out.

Like most people we are outside preparing for the winter.  Keep in mind when you are bending for that bag of leaves or to start the lawn mower one more time to PROTECT YOUR BACK.  Bend those knees you do not want it to HURT SO GOOD (or bad in this case).

Moksha Yoga ran a beautiful fundraiser tonight.  Well done everyone.  Check it out in the future they run lots of fun, interesting events there.  If you have not tried hot yoga you have to!  It is a great way to relax after your hard workouts or stressful days!

I know tis the season to be busy.  Make sure you take the time to relax and take care of your self.  Bundle up so you do not get sore shoulders and necks trying to keep your neck warm.  Keep going for walks outside, doing your weights etc. If you are currently a couch potato keep checking in to my blog.  I am going to try to keep people interested by giving suggestions of how to keep active and stress free.  Keep asking questions!
