Always have healthy snacks ready to grab.  Prepare small containers of veggies and nuts to grab on your way

out the door.  Have hard boiled eggs peeled and ready to eat.  Make it easy for you to stay healthy!

When: SUMMER 2017 (Starting June 1).  Tuesday and Thursday nights 6pm

Where: Cornerbrook Cr. park, 137 Cornerbrook Cr, Waterloo

Cost $15 per class (2 month commitment) OR $12 a class 2 days a week.  We ask you pay for all sessions up front.  You can do once or twice a week.

What you need to bring

  • water bottle, mat or towel, set of weights if you have some
  • Positive attitude and energy
  • Fitness gear (runners and loose clothing)

What to expect

Full Body Bootcamps are brought to you by Hurts So Good and our experienced certified instructors and trainers. With a mix of cardiovascular training, strength and core stability, and relaxation/stretching we have put together a fun and challenging mix of workouts.  The workout changes every week.  Work at your ability level to gain the results you want.  All levels are welcome!

Whether you want to lose or gain weight, train for a specific sport, rehabilitate an injury, or learn new exercises, Hurts So Good training has the knowledge to help you on your journey.
