When: SUMMER 2017 (Starting June 1). Tuesday and Thursday nights 6pm
Where: Cornerbrook Cr. park, 137 Cornerbrook Cr, Waterloo
Cost $15 per class (2 month commitment) OR $12 a class 2 days a week. We ask you pay for all sessions up front. You can do once or twice a week.
What you need to bring
- water bottle, mat or towel, set of weights if you have some
- Positive attitude and energy
- Fitness gear (runners and loose clothing)
What to expect
Full Body Bootcamps are brought to you by Hurts So Good and our experienced certified instructors and trainers. With a mix of cardiovascular training, strength and core stability, and relaxation/stretching we have put together a fun and challenging mix of workouts. The workout changes every week. Work at your ability level to gain the results you want. All levels are welcome!
